Nutrients
Food or Nutrients? Food that we eat every day is digested.
Digestion transforms food into nutrients, which are used by our bodies.
Some nutrients bring energy, like proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
Others nutrients, even if they give no energy, are important to build your body, like vitamins, minerals, fibres and water.
No food can bring alone all the nutrients which our body needs.
It is necessary to eat of a little.... or a little all.
