“I have always had a passion for nutrition from early childhood. And after years of working for the food industry, I decided in 1999 to change jobs and set up my Nutritionist Adviser practice.
First, I went back to my studies in order to set up an effective nutritional method.
My strong background in biochemistry and food science helps me to understand the mechanisms of food transformation and digestion by the body.
In 2001, when my method was fully finalised, I decided to set up my own practice in Dole (Jura-France) and became a Nutritionist adviser.
In 2003, seeing the success of “Maigrir 2000” I decided to develop the activity further, and I looked for partners who could use the method nationwide in France.
In 2004, I created the Network of professional nutritionists.
By 2006, 17 partners had joined the network.
In 2007, the network expanded outside France: our first partner in England: Bristol.
