Water

Water is vital for human beings to stay alive: our bodies are
made up of 70% of water.

2 to 2.5 litres of water must be absorbed by your body daily:
drinks (around 1.5L), and food (soups, fruits…).

Water is the only essential drink.

It does not make you lose weight, but helps to eliminate waste from your body.

Soda and fizzy water often contain a lot of sodium (salt).

Alcohol gives only energy to your body, but does not have much nutritional value.
Excess alcohol is very bad for your health: it increases blood pressure, calorie intake, weight and risk of liver disease, stomach sores and deprives the body of vitamins and minerals.
